WJZ CBS News Baltimore: Port Discovery is celebrating National Coding Week with a special robot for learning

September 12, 2023

We were thrilled to see Rachel Demma, VP, Education & Innovation from Port Discovery Children’s Museum describing their use of KIBO on WJZ CBS News in Baltimore. They celebrated National Coding Week with KIBO, introducing young kids to computer, engineering and coding!

About KIBO, Rachel says:

“[KIBO robot] is hands on learning tool to introduce kids to the fundamentals of computer science and coding in a way that is developmetally appropriate and screen-free. The only limit is your imagination.”
