Hour of Code: An Introduction to AI with KIBO

Young learners can learn about AI with the hands-on KIBO robot!

In this Hour of Code lesson, students will explore the big ideas of artificial intelligence and see how they relate to their own experiences. They’ll review the fundamentals of KIBO programming that relate to AI while practicing creating programs using repeat loops that allow KIBO to operate independently.

Let’s explore what Artificial Intelligence really is

Through the hands-on KIBO robot, students will be introduced to “AI”, its importance, its myths, and the reality of AI in our daily lives. Let’sencourage kids to learn and to share their ideas and impressions of AI.
