Webinar – Bringing Creative STEM Robotics to Cobb County’s Early Learners in PreK to 2nd Grade – 3 Case Studies

May 05, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 9:45 am

Watch the webinar to hear from two Cobb County School District educators who will share their experiences using creative STEM robotics, including KIBO, in varied environments – classrooms, afterschools, and in the library and makerspace. Hear from your colleagues on the ease of use and the creative ways KIBO can support age-appropriate, playful learning of computational thinking, STEAM skills, cooperation, collaboration, and more!

They share examples of activities and projects using KIBO to enrich learning and help students recover from learning loss. These activities can be used in engaging summer programs, out-of-school time, and innovative in-school activities involving hands-on building, engineering, and design.

Watch the webinar recording and learn:
How to use innovative, age-appropriate robotics – from preschool through early elementary school
Activity suggestions for hands-on play
– Examples of implementing a robotics program which can assist your school in becoming a STEM school
