Earlier this year we announced our various professional development programs, following the move into our new manufacturing and office headquarters in Waltham, MA. Since then, educators and program coordinators from near and far have come to learn how to integrate technology into the early education curriculum.
We took a great video during our latest full-day training session to give you an inside look at the trainings and what its like for teachers getting hands-on with KIBO. Check it out here:
KinderLab Robotics’ professional development program provides an in-depth understanding of how to use the KIBO robot kit in a developmentally-appropriate way with young children and how to integrate the different teaching materials into your existing curriculum.
Our next session will be a two-day training at our Waltham, MA headquarters on June 13th and 14th. For more information or to register, please go to: http://kinderlabrobotics.com/event/two-day-training/.
Can’t make it to Massachusetts? Don’t worry. We have a range of virtual and travel training opportunities available as well. Browse the options here: http://kinderlabrobotics.com/professional-development/.

Our developmentally-appropriate robotics kit is designed with young children in mind and inherently simple to use. But, as a team dedicated to education, we understand the complexities of introducing new technologies in the the curriculum. So in the name of keeping it simple, we’ve created hands-on KIBO training for educators, program coordinators and technology specialists across the U.S.
In these sessions – ranging from two hours to two days – our team will work with you to provide a customized, suitable program for your institution so you can introduce coding, engineering, technology and logical reasoning to your K–2 classroom confidently.
If you’re considering KIBO for your school, pre-school, day care, library, museum, after-school program, or summer camp then take a look at our professional development page, here, and choose the program best for you. Prices begin at just $110.
If you’re in the Boston area and would like to join our first group session, a half-day training in Waltham on March 21st, then please register here today – spaces are limited.
Don’t forget to keep up with us on Facebook and Twitter – happy coding!
